Time: Monday, February 27, 2023 4:00 PM - 5:00 PM
Location: Younkin Success Center, Classroom 150
In this 3 part workshop, students will gain skills to build and nurture healthy relationships in their lives. The skills and insights gained during these sessions will be relevant for friendships, romantic relationships, and/or family relationships. Students do not need to start at week 1 and may join any week.
Week 1: The Foundation: Students will take time to cultivate self-awareness around their values, interests, and strengths.
Week 2: Building and Maintenance: Students will learn how to apply information around attachment, communication, and conflict management styles to maintain healthy relationships.
Week 3: Repairs or Remodeling: Students will learn skills for managing break-ups, breakdowns, and reconciliations of relationships if they occur.
