Meet the Buck-I-SERV Staff

  • Rebecca Delo, Senior Coordinator
  • Education: BA in Applied Psychology from Indiana University of Pennsylvania, MA in Higher Education and Student Affairs from The Ohio State University

Rebecca works with Buck-I-SERV and is responsible for the planning and implementation of the alternative breaks program. Buck-I-SERV includes a dedicated volunteer student board and those students work to plan the program for about 1,200 students each year. Student interaction and professional experiences within Buck-I-SERV help Rebecca seek and make positive change in the world. Outside of her professional work, Rebecca enjoys paper crafts, any opportunity for a dance fitness class and time spent with family and her Franklin County Shelter mutt, Junior.


  • Bailey Harr, Program Coordinator 
  • Education: BA in Communication Studies Colorado State University, MS in Student Affairs in Higher Education also from Colorado State University

Bailey helps the Buck-I-SERV program provide students with a challenging and fun opportunity to lead and learn through direct service experiences while focusing on reflection, social justice, community partnerships, civic engagement and travelling to new communities around the globe. Bailey advises the Buck-I-SERV Student Advisory Board to plan trip logistics, service hours and train all trip leaders. Outside of her work on campus, Bailey can be found hiking, camping, running or playing with her boxer puppy.
